| Deep Pockets Pro-Fluoride Camp Will Not Take "No" For an Answer Fluoridation voted out by Juneau Assembly only ten months ago September 16, 2007 - Juneau Empire - Fluoride issue tops spending for election Printer Friendly In terms of spending, Citizens Promoting Dental Health, a group funded by dentists, has dwarfed all other campaigns so far, with $46,000 raised, according to filings with the Alaska Public Offices Commission, which monitors campaign finances. An opposing group, Citizens for Safe Water, has far less available. It's raised less than $2,000, mostly in small donations, according to APOC. |
