October 30, 2007 - Skagit Valley Herald - PUD agrees to operate, but not own, facilities for fluoridation Per the county commissioners' resolution, the PUD has until May 2008 to begin fluoridation. If that deadline is not met, the county can penalize any person or entity $250 a day for stopping fluoridation. |
