SCEA partners with a diverse range of local, regional, State and Federal partners to focus attention and action on cleaning up the Skagit and Samish River watersheds, including Samish Bay.

From Oysters to Salmon and for people near and far that enjoy the benefits of clean water, SCEA and its partners are working hard to preserve, protect the natural ecosystems in the Skagit and Samish watersheds
